the client process

  • the process begins with a short enquiry form where you’ll share details about your business, goals and overall vision so i can understand your needs. from there, i’ll create a personalised proposal document tailored to your project and budget. once we’ve agreed on the best fit, a 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract will secure your project and allow us to move into the next stage.

  • this stage begins with a short questionnaire designed to capture your vision, preferences and ideas for your brand. using your responses, i’ll create a creative direction document featuring two carefully curated moodboards, each offering a distinct visual direction. once you choose the direction that resonates most, it will set the tone and visual foundation for your brand identity moving forward.

  • using the chosen direction, i’ll design an initial concept including key elements such as your logo suite, colour palette, typography and brand illustrations, creating a strong foundation. you’ll review the concept and share feedback, after which I’ll refine the design or explore a new concept if needed. you get up to three rounds of revisions to fine-tune the details and ensure everything feels right.

  • once the design is finalised, the remaining balance will be due before final files are delivered. after payment is complete, i’ll package up your files in a range of formats including PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF and watermark files, along with any additional formats you may need. you’ll also receive a brand guidelines document to help you confidently apply your new branding across all platforms!
