Oh Hello Co. is a handmade jewellery brand built on creativity, craftsmanship and connection. every piece is designed to be unique, celebrating individuality and self-expression in a way mass-produced products can’t.

as a woman-owned small business, Oh Hello Co. prioritises quality over quantity, ethical shopping and supporting artisans. whether it’s a custom ring or a sentimental gift,, the brand aims to create objects that hold emotion and feel deeply personal.

my role was to create a brand identity that reflected this balance of refinement and playfulness, while feeling modern, intentional and full of personality.

target audience

  • women (18–40): atyle-conscious shoppers who appreciate handmade pieces, subtle whimsy and thoughtful design.

  • gift buyers: those looking for meaningful, one-of-a-kind gifts for special occasions.

  • ethical & small business supporters: customers who value craftsmanship, sustainability and supporting woman-owned businesses over mass-produced brands.

the solution

  • colour palette: a pastel but bright colour palette sets the tone, combining soft lilacs, warm oranges and gentle pinks to create a look that feels joyful. the colours feel fun without being overwhelming, allowing the brand to remain clean across all touchpoints.

  • illustrations: custom illustrations add charm and individuality throughout the brand. these playful characters bring warmth and personality to the packaging and printed materials, reinforcing the sense of creativity and craftsmanship at the heart of oh hello co.

  • typography: the logo is bold and expressive, with a slightly imperfect, hand-drawn feel that reflects the handmade nature of the products.

  • packaging: across the packaging, stationery and shipping materials, the layouts remain intentional and uncluttered. The jewellery boxes feel giftable and thoughtful, while the business cards and shipping bag extend the same visual language, creating a cohesive and memorable brand experience from unboxing to delivery.

this project highlights how thoughtful branding can elevate handmade products into a memorable experience. By focusing on clarity, consistency and emotional connection, the identity gives Oh Hello Co. the flexibility to grow while staying true to its values. the system is designed to support storytelling across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring the brand feels intentional at every scale - from a single piece of jewellery to the full unboxing journey.
